Fort Pierce, Florida - Andrea Elizabeth Bathgate, a 31-year-old Florida woman was arrested after assaulting her boyfriend after he refused to buy her more Natural Ice.
Investigators say Bathgate had depleated her supply of Natural Ice Beer and asked her boyfriend to go on a beer run when he refused. He reportedly told her she needed to stop drinking because of her "aggressive" behavior when she becomes intoxicated.
Police say the argument escalated until the boyfriend insisted either she leave the home or he would leave. That's when Bathgate allegedly tried to choke the man before placing a box cutter in her purse and storming out of the residence.
Once outside, Bathgate reportedly broke a leg off an outside table and hurled it through a window of the residence, causing shards of glass to shower the inside of the residence.
Bathgate was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on charges of domestic violence/battery and launching a missile into a dwelling. Her bail was set at $8,000
