PEEPING KLUCK

Appleton, Wisconsin (SafeCITY) - Brian T. Kluck, a 34-year-old Appleton man, plead guilty to 15 criminal counts for reportedly being a perpetual Peeping Tom.

According to Outagamie County authorities, an investigation began when a victim was able to describe Kluck to police after she caught him peeping through her window in AugusT.

Investigators say when they questioned Kluck, he told them that he had been peeping through windows for the last five months, carrying a camera with him to photograph at least three of the women.

He even kept a list of victims that he either saw nude or wanted to see, and documented some of their shower routines. He is accused of peeping on 12 women in all.

Officers searched Kluck's Snug Inn motel room, where he was living, and recovered four pages that contained the names and addresses of his victims. The first pages were labeled "seen nude or partially nude," and the second pages were labeled "need to see." Homes were crossed off that had dogs or were on busy streets.

Kluck was booked into the Oshkosh Correctional Institution and charged with 12 misdemeanor counts of privacy of invasion and three felony counts for making representations of nudity.

His three-day trial will begin on October 25th, 2010. If convicted, he faces three-and-a-half years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
