POOP PILE

Wolcott, New York (SafeCITY) – Robert Lomire, a 63-year-old New York man was arrested after he allegedly walked into a grocery store stock room and left a pile of poop on the floor for employees to clean up.

According to New York State Police, Lomire reportedly walked into a 'Bob's Big M' grocery store, made a beeline for the stock room and then relieved himself right on the stock room floor.

Investigators say an employee was closing up the store when he reportedly walked into the stock room and found the poop-pile Lomire had allegedly left behind.

Store employees were forced to throw out the bread racks in the stockroom because Lomire allegedly went to the bathroom on them and the racks can no longer be used for food products.

Lomire was booked into jail on charges of trespass, public pooping, criminal nuisance, and criminal mischief. He is due in court next month.
