Boulder, Colorado (SafeCITY) - Stuart Wilkinson, a 20-year-old Colorado man was arrested, after he allegedly crawled naked and drunk into a woman’s bed by mistake - and then refused to leave.
According to the Boulder Police Department, a woman called police after an unknown man climbed into bed with her while she was sleeping. The woman jumped out of bed and ran to her roommates’ bedroom where she called police.
Investigators say they were able to determine that another roommate had come back from a party with Wilkinson and he wandered into the woman’s bedroom by mistake.
Officers say Wilkinson was drunk and refused to cooperate with police when ordered him to come out of the bedroom. When they opened the door, a naked Wilkinson covered his head with a blanket. He finally complied with officers when they threatened to use a Taser on him.
Wilkinson was booked into the Boulder County jail on charges of suspicion of a minor in possession of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer.
The woman he crawled into bed with didn’t want to press charges.
