Tampa, Florida (SafeCITY) - Daniel Boliek, an 18-year-old Florida man was arrested after he entered a female student's dorm without clothing on and then punched a police officer who came to arrest him.

According to University police, a student attending the University of South Florida awoke around 6 a.m. to find Boliek stripped down to his boxers inside her dorm touching a female roommate.

Boliek, who was a guest of another student, ran into the dorm's hallway, removed his boxers and then attacked a female student assistant.

Investigators say a University of South Florida security officer tried to apprehend Boliek, but was punched in the face. The officer then tried to pepper spray Boliek, but it had no affect.

Boliek was finally apprehended when several officers tackled him as he tried to flee the dorm.

Boliek was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of burglary of a dwelling, exposure of a sexual organ, battery, battery on a University official, battery on a law enforcement officer, obstructing or opposing an officer and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $155,750.
