HUFFING & PUFFING AT WAL-MART

Tulsa, Oklahoma (SafeCITY) - Jerrod Greer, a 20-year-old Tulsa man was arrested after police found him in a Wal-Mart bathroom huffing the co2 cartridge of a pellet gun from the sporting goods department.

According to Tulsa police, the South Memorial Drive Wal-Mart in Tulsa was evacuated and closed down when Greer was found in the store restroom with a handgun.

When investigators entered the restroom around 2:30 a.m., they found Greer in a restroom stall huffing gas (presumably from the air gun cartridge) with the gun laying across his lap.

Officers finally talked Greer into laying the gun on the floor, however he continued inhaling the intoxicant. After a police dog pile ensued, Greer was taken into custody.

The gun was found to be a pellet gun, which had been taken from the store's sporting goods department.

Greer was booked into jail on charges of consuming an intoxicant in public, resisting arrest and larceny from a retailer.
