OUCH!

Goldsboro, N. C. (SafeCITY) - Anthony Mancenty Pfaff, a 40-year-old North Carolina man was arrested on Rape charges - but not before family members of the victim meted out a little justice of their own.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to the Busco Beach ATV Park and Campground Sunday on a report that a man had raped a 19-year-old woman who was enjoying the park with her family.

Deputies arrived, conducted an investigation and took Pfaff into custody.

Pfaff was then taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital where he received treatment for injuries he received after a relative of the alleged victim learned about the rape and commenced tenderizing his face. The fight between the relative and Pfaff took place shortly before deputies arrived.

Pfaff was booked into jail into the Wayne County Jail on a charge of second-degree rape. His bail has been set at $100,000.
