SCARRED UP

Orlando, Florida (SafeCITY) - Stephanie Jean Came, a 21-year-old Osceola County woman was jailed when she asked a would-be hitman if he could cripple her boyfriend, since she didn't have enough to have him murdered.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, Came began negotiating with a "hitman", who was actually an undercover detective, last week. She offered the unidentified officer $500 to put her ex-boyfriend in a wheelchair, preferably paralyzed from the neck down.

Investigators say Came met the officer again on Wednesday at Sip-and-Dip coffee shop on 13th Street in St. Cloud. She offered him $500 more if he ensured that he would be paralyzed from the neck down. She also told the officer that she wanted her ex "scarred up". Both conversations were recorded.

Came was booked into the Osceola County Jail and charged with solicitation to commit aggravated battery. Her bail was set at $3,500.

Came's ex-boyfriend is also incarcerated for aggravated assault. His name and personal information is being withheld for security reasons. Came's personal information was also blacked out in the arrest report.

According to court records, Came was charged with domestic violence in November of 2009, but the case was dropped.
