Louisville, Kentucky (SafeCITY) - Keven Haney, 28, and Kristy Haney, 31, were jailed after they allegedly passed out at a Wendy's dining room table, leaving their 5-year-old daughter to roam the store unsupervised.

According to Louisville police, officers were called to the Wendy's Restaurant on Little Dixie Highway on a report that a little girl was wandering around talking to store patrons as her parents were sleeping at a table in the dining room.

Officers who responded to the call had to shake the couple several times before they woke up.

When Kristy opened her purse to produce identification, officers saw a bag of marijuana and a hose clamp inside her purse. Officers also found two cut straws, several Opana pills, and a bottle containing 14 Diazepam pills. Hose clamps are known to police as a street method of crushing pills into powder for snorting.

The Haneys were booked into jail and was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substances and endangering the welfare of a minor.
