Mesa, AZ (SafeCITY) - Michael Polley, a 55-year-old Arizona man was jailed after he allegedly flashed a woman and her two children before greeting police officers with his pants around his ankles.

According to Mesa Police, officers were dispatched after a woman reported that she and her two children (ages 8 and 10) saw a man pull down his jeans to his ankles and then wiggle his hips around while wearing no underwear.

"He was standing there with his pants down," stated the victim. "The man turned around and shook his thing at me and then walked upstairs."

When police arrived on scene, they knocked on Polley's door to see if he fit the description given to them by the woman.

Investigators say Polley answered the door with his pants still down around his ankles. As Polley exited the apartment into the stairwell, he began shouting expletives at the officer. The woman, who was standing nearby, immediately recognized Polley, stating "That's him!"

Polley ran back into his apartment and attempted to resist arrest, however he was eventually shackled and frog marched to a waiting patrol car.

Polley was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
