SUPER WEIRD

Milwaukie, Oregon (SafeCITY) - Mark Siebenmorgen, a 46-year-old Oregon man was arraigned after he allegedly went on a rampage, terrorizing several town residents.

According to Milwaukie Police, officers were called after Siebenmorgen snuck up behind another man and then shoved him to the ground without warning.

Police were notified again about twenty minutes later when witnesses reported a man that was jumping on cars while flailing his arms about and flexing his muscles.

About a half hour after that, a woman was injured when Siebenmorgen jumped out from behind a bush and threw a rock, striking her in the neck.

Investigators searched the area with the assistance of a K-9 unit, but were unsuccessful in finding him.

Siebenmorgen was captured the next day when officers were alerted to a man who was inside a Safeway store making disturbing comments. Detectives were able to match Siebenmorgen to a description that had been given on the previous day's reports.

Siebenmorgen was booked into the Clackamas County Jail on charges of assault, menacing, harassment and criminal mischief. Bail in his case was set at $75,000
