GIRL BOY

Franklin, Ohio (SafeCITY) - Patricia J. Dye, a 31-year-old Franklin woman was jailed after she allegedly posed as a 14-year-old boy in order to lure a teenage girl into a relationship.

According to Warren County police, Dye, who is 4'11 and 120 pounds, posed as a 14-year-old boy and used the aliases "Matt Abrams" or "Matt Lewis" to engage in relationships with teen girls.

She reportedly began dating a 16-year-old girl from Springboro, even allowing the runaway to live with her for three days at Collie's Motel in Franklin, where Dye lives with her parents who are elderly and disabled.

Investigators say the victim had ran away from a home deemed "unlivable" by authorities. She stated that she had no clue that "Matt Abrams" was actually a woman in disguise. Her mother even believed Dye was a teenage boy.

A second girl has reportedly come forward, stating she and Dye had dated for about a week, and she knew "him" as a boy.

Dye was booked into the Warren County Jail and charged with unlawful sexual conduct, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and importuning. She remained jailed Tuesday in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Investigators are looking for other possible victims.
