Police were called when an alarm at Tetrick Funeral Home sounded - prompting the funeral home's caretakers to investigate.
An employee responded to the funeral home, finding Jenkins inside wearing only underwear. He also found the building's alarm controls knocked off the wall, with a trail of blood leading from the alarm to an upstairs apartment.
When police arrived, officers found a lock to the funeral home's door broken and additional blood spatter. They also found Jenkins who claimed that he broke into the facility to carry out a sexual encounter with two women.
Police searched the grounds of the funeral home but never located two women or evidence that two women had been inside the funeral home.
Jenkins was booked into jail on two counts of burglary, two counts of vandalism and resisting arrest.
