Louisville, Kentucky (SafeCity) - Robin Scott, a 50-year-old Louisville woman was jailed after she reportedly threw boiling water on her 61-year-old boyfriend - make that her BLIND 61-year-old boyfriend.
According to Louisville police, officers were called to the couple's home by the victim, Thomas Maddle, who stated that he was "in trouble".
Investigators say when officers arrived on the scene, they found a blind man with severe burns on his arm, swelling to his face and a cut on his forehead.
The victim stated that he he was in the midst of an argument with Scott when she allegedly dumped boiling water on him. He suffered second-degree burns and was taken to University Hospital for treatment.
Scott was booked into jail and was charged with second-degree domestic assault.
