FALSE TEETH
Sacramento, California (SafeCITY) - James Brown, a 53-year-old escapee from Washington D.C. was captured after police discovered his false teeth at the scene of an accident.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, Brown crashed a vehicle into two vehicles and several fences. He also managed to tear up the landscaping of several homes in his path as well.
Witnesses told police that the driver appeared to be injured and fled on foot.
When police processed the accident scene, they found a set of false teeth on the floorboard of the vehicle which were knocked out of the driver's mouth when the airbag deployed. They found Brown in the area and were able to match the false teeth to him.
A check of the vehicle's license plate revealed that it had been stolen.
Brown initially gave police a false name, however, he was later identified and found to have a warrant for his arrest as an escapee from Washington D.C..
Investigators say Brown has a long history of escaping from law enforcement custody.

Wow. This could be a breakthrough in forensic science. Personal identification using dental records are common but this might be the first time a person has been identified because of his dentures.
