Bartlesville, Oklahoma (SafeCITY) - Shantell Ishem, a 27-year-old Bartlesville woman was jailed after she allegedly stole a donut out of a car, urinated in a parking lot and attempted to prostitute herself to an officer.
According to Bartlesville police, a convenience store clerk at On Cue Market witnessed Ishem climb into a truck and steal a donut around 2:00 a.m. He then watched as she pulled down her pants and proceeded to urinate in the parking lot. He recognized the woman as a previous trespasser, and immediately called authorities.
Investigators say evidence proved that Ishem did in fact break into the truck. She was still eating the donut when officers arrived on the scene. While being questioned, she offered sexual favors to an officer for $80.
She used metaphors such as "speaking into the microphone," regarding oral sex, according to the arrest report.
Ishem was booked into the Washington County jail and charged with vehicle burglary, trespassing, and indecent exposure. She is being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.
