Rock Hill, North Carolina (SafeCITY) - Charles Ray Miller, a 47-year-old man who ironically lives on Naked Creek Road in Conover was ironically jailed after he was allegedly caught naked in a department store parking lot, taking photographs of his penis.
According to Rock Hill Police, officers were dispatched after receiving a tip from a passing bicycle rider who reportedly saw Miller in a Rock Hill Sears parking lot without any pants on.
Investigators arrived to find Miller naked from the waist down. When asked why he wasn't wearing any pants, he reportedly claimed that he was "trying to get a tan."
When officers searched the seat next to him, they found a cell phone that reportedly contained multiple pictures of his penis.
Miller was booked into jail and charged with indecent exposure. His bond was set at $20,000.
