Princeton, Indiana (SafeCITY) - William Wallace, a 57-year-old Princeton attorney, was indicted after he allegedly has sex with a client as payment for his legal services, videotaped the sex and then showed the video tape to his client's boyfriend.
Oh, and did we mention he's also a candidate running for Gibson County Prosecutor?
According to Indiana State Police, an investigation was launched after a client Wallace had represented in the past complained that he had video recorded their sexual encounters without her consent.
Authorities say the victim owed Wallace $550 in legal fees - and it was agreed that she would pay that off with sexual favors. Wallace then allegedly showed one of the videos to the woman's boyfriend, prompting her to contact police.
During a search of Wallace's home, a video tape was discovered that depicted Wallace and the victim having sex on multiple occasions. While searching Wallace's computer, detectives found video that depicted children engaged in sexual acts.
A special prosecutor had to be called in on the case because Wallace was running as the Democratic Candidate for Gibson County prosecutor.
Wallace was booked in the Gibson County Jail on charges of felony obstruction of Justice, felony Possession of child pornography, misdemeanor patronizing a prostitute, and misdemeanor false informing. Wallace was granted FREEEEEEDOM!! after posting $27,000 bond or 10% bail.
