Treasure Island, Florida (SafeCITY) – Patrick Wilson, a 45-year-old Florida man, was arrested after he stalked a woman with notes and Bible verses because he saw her in a dream.
According to Treasure Island Police, Wilson is accused of breaking into a secure parking garage and leaving a 32 page note with biblical references on the the woman's car.
Investigators say they were able to identify Wilson after fingerprints were lifted off the paper the note was written on. Witnesses also identified Wilson as a man they saw outside the victim’s gated residence.
The victim did not know her stalker, however, Wilson’s girlfriend told police that Wilson said he had seen the victim in a dream.
The victim has since obtained a restraining order and police have requested that Wilson be held without bond and undergo a mental health evaluation.
Wilson was booked into the Pinellas County jail on a charge of stalking. His bond was set at $15,000.
