Peter Trigger, a 60-year-old man banned from wearing skirts at certain times of the day, broke his ASBO (Anti-Social Behavior Order) by wearing his skirt and then deliberately bending over in front of his neighbors.
Trigger is now appearing before Magistrates' Court, accused of violating an ASBO that was set in place when he insisted on repeatedly annoying his neighbors by bending over in front of them while wearing a school girl skirt.
Trigger was banned from wearing the skirt or showing bare legs on a school day between 8.30am and 10am and 2.45pm and 4pm.
He was given an anti-social behavior order last year which also forbids him from behaving in a manner which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to others.
Authorities say Trigger ignored his ASBO and upset his neighbors again by deliberately bending over in front of them early in the morning hours of December 16.
He walked towards his neighbors van wearing a school girl skirt and bent over, appearing to be doing something with his laces. He repeatedly bent over and continued until the neighbors drove off.
Trigger previously faced three charges of breaching the order but two have since been discontinued.
The order runs until December 2013.
