MAD AS HELL
Memphis, TN (SafeCITY) - Stephanie Vester, a 36-year-old Memphis woman, was arrested after she allegedly crashed into a police station twice because she was angry with them.
According to the Memphis police, Vester rammed her orange Mitsubishi Eclipse through the front doors of their precinct, backed up and made a second run at two officers who were inside.
Authorities say Vester was arrested at the scene. "Anger" was the motive listed on her bond recommendation.
"She was angry at the police is what she'd said in her statement," according to Dep. Chief Don Boyd of the Memphis Police Department.
Vester reportedly told investigators she had been to the precinct earlier in the day to register a complaint about federal officers.
Vester's prior arrest history includes public intoxication, unlawful possession of a weapon, and speeding.
She was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted second degree murder and vandalism. She had not posted her $60,000 bond at the time of this report.
