St. Petersburg, FL (SafeCITY) - Melva Ann Wixon, a 49-year-old St. Petersburg woman was jailed for domestic violence after she poured beer on her boyfriend.
According to police, Wixon arrived at her apartment that she shares with her boyfriend, Eric Hartman, around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday after having a few drinks at a bar to find him sleeping.
Wixon decided to let out a little anger she had been feeling since her boyfriend was making plans to move to Ohio and poured a little beer on his head to wake him up, according to investigators.
Hartman promptly called police, who were quick to arrest Wixon because of her boyfriend’s wet head.
Wixon was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and charged with domestic battery. Bond amount and type of beer were not available..
