Oklahoma City, OK - Phillip John Ortega, a 56-year-old Oklahoma City man was arrested after he allegedly put on a woman's swimsuit, walked up to real woman and then flashed her his genitals.
According to Oklahoma City police, Ortega dressed himself in a woman's swimsuit (complete with make up and panty hose), then proceeded to spread the wealth around by exposing his genitals to a woman who was obviously unimpressed.
Investigators say the victim was on her porch when Ortega approached her wearing a pink swimsuit asking "where did my friend go?"
The woman, who says she felt uncomfortable with the man's presence, asked him to go away. That's when Ortega allegedly pulled up the bottom of the swimsuit to reveal his genitals. He then shook his genitals while inviting the woman to "Hey, look at this."
Officers tracked down Ortega, and hadn't had a chance to question him about the incident yet, when Ortega reportedly told them the woman was "lying" and that he "never showed her his genitals."
Ortega was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on a charge of indecent exposure. He currently remains in jail in lieu of a $4,000 bond.
Incidentally, Ortega was arrested in 2007 for attempted kidnapping. After pleading guilty to the charge, Ortega was sentenced to six years in prison, however, the sentence was suspended and Ortega was released from custody.
